The Mauritius Open Air Festival 2026 will take place at Copthall Playing Fields, Champions Way, Page Street, London, NW4 1PS.
We encourage all attendees to use public transport. The nearest Underground station is Mill Hill East (Northern Line) and the nearest National Rail station is Mill Hill Broadway. A free shuttle service will run throughout the day to Copthall Playing Fields. Bus routes 221, 113 & 240 serve the area.
There are paid parking spaces, which must be booked in advance. No additional parking will be available on the day. Strict parking restrictions will be in place in the surrounding area, and vehicles parked illegally may be subject to fines or towing.
The festival runs from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with last entry strictly at 6:00 pm.
There is a strict no re-entry policy. Once you enter the festival grounds, you cannot leave and return later.
Yes, this is a family-friendly festival with tickets available for all ages. However, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to enter, even if they have a valid ticket.
Under 18s arriving without an accompanying adult will be refused entry. Each adult may supervise a maximum of four children or under-18s. This policy is a requirement of our Premises Licence.
Yes, there will be a variety of food vendors offering authentic Mauritian cuisine as well as international food options. Licensed bars will also be available. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for baby food, formula, and food for children with allergies which will need to be checked.
No, there will be no cash machines on-site. Most vendors accept both cash and card payments, but we recommend bringing cash just in case.
No, pets are not allowed, except for assistance dogs.
Yes, by attending the festival, you consent to your image, voice, and likeness being used in photos, videos, live streams, and other recordings for media and promotional purposes.
For the safety of all attendees, a strict "No Search, No Entry" policy is in place. Please expect a thorough and strict search upon entry, including bag checks, as a condition of admission. In these times of heightened security, we appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.

Yes. A free PA/carer ticket is available with a full-price ticket. You must apply and be approved — do not purchase one. Please contact us using Contact Organiser at the bottom of this page and we’ll reply with accepted documentation details.
Approved PA/carer tickets are complimentary and linked to your booking. They’re only valid with the main ticket holder. Purchased or resold PA/carer tickets will be cancelled without refund and entry refused.
We accept an Access Card with a +1 symbol or a PIP/DLA award letter (dated within 12 months), or a letter from a medical professional or local authority confirming the need for a PA/carer.
The festival is located in a residential area, so we ask all attendees to leave quietly at the end of the event to avoid disturbing local residents. Please also dispose of waste responsibly and be mindful of the community.

The following items are strictly prohibited at the festival: weapons and bladed implements of any kind, fireworks, pyrotechnics, flares, drones, laser pointers, large umbrellas or parasols such as golf umbrellas, pressurised gas canisters, and legal highs.

No liquids, gels, or lotions over 100ml are allowed, including soft drinks and water in sealed containers. Any non-compliant items will be disposed of by security staff. Sun cream over 100ml will not be permitted. Makeup and perfume under 100ml must be in plastic or paper containers.

Glass containers of any size, including perfume bottles and cosmetic jars, are not allowed. Large bags and backpacks are prohibited, and only small bags will be permitted. Gazebos, tables, and non-picnic chairs are not allowed.
If you lose something during the festival, please check with our Lost Property team at the information point. After the event, you can email info@mauritiusfestival.com to see if your item has been found.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
To purchase alcohol or gain entry where age verification is required, you must provide valid proof of age. Accepted forms of ID include a UK driving licence, a valid UK passport, or any official proof of age card displaying the PASS hologram.
